Description

Support via labor, logistics and travel services to perform logistical support, installation, inspection, refurbishment, development, and field supervision/operation of waterfront barriers, associated moorings, waterfront security systems (WSS), and related marine facilities worldwide for Naval and Marine Corp facilities. The support will be provided primarily to the waterfront security barrier, moorings and PWB product lines of NAVFAC EXWC. Typical project execution services could include installation, sustainment, and refurbishment of waterfront security barriers, associated moorings, and underwater security and response systems both surface and sub-surface. Typical logistics support requirements could include fabrication of mooring or barrier components. Engineering and design services to support PWB development and installation will be required as well as prototyping and testing of improved system and ancillary components. Acquisition and evaluation of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) products may be required.
