NAVFAC Southwest Wet Utilities Construction III

Provide wet utilities construction at various locations within the NAVFAC Southwest Area of Responsibility. The work to performed includes build new, repair or upgrade, by design-build or, secondarily, by fully designed dry utilities and related projects at various locations within the NAVFAC Southwest including Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. However, it is anticipated that the majority of the work will be performed in Southern California. Types of dry utilities projects may include, but are not limited to: electrical distributions, lighting systems, cable television lines, airfield lighting, and communication transmission lines. water, steam, sewer, and stormsewer lines; wells, mains, pumping stations, treatment plants, storage tanks and facilities, and related work.
