NAVFAC SE Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build Construction Contract

Provide comprehensive construction services for large-scale projects, including new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair work within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast Area of Operations. The scope of work encompasses a wide range of facility types such as aviation and aircraft facilities, industrial complexes, barracks, administrative offices, warehouses, and training centers.
Additionally, the contract covers personnel support and service facilities, maintenance buildings, research facilities, commissaries, medical facilities, and waterfront structures. The projects will be executed using both design-build and design-bid-build methodologies, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse construction needs of the region.
The work will be carried out across various states, including Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas, facilitating the enhancement and modernization of critical infrastructure within these areas. Contractors will be responsible for delivering high-quality construction solutions that meet the operational requirements of the Navy and support the strategic objectives of the NAVFAC SE.
