NAVAIR Management Support Services

Provide Management, Organizational, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS), Financial and Business Solutions (FABS), and Human Resources Services (HRS) supporting NAVAIR-7.0 Corporate Operations and NAVIR-10.0 Comptroller. This vehicle provides support to other competencies, Integrated Project Teams, program teams, Commanding Officers, site managers and enterprise teams by supplying services such as strategic management/planning, organizational assessments, performance measurement, process modeling, information management, human resources, program and business analysis, public affairs, congressional liaison, comptroller support, contract administration, financial management, change management, and security. Based on historical data, the overwhelming majority of the services identified within this contract will be performed at Patuxent River, MD; however some services may be performed at any of the following NAVAIR sites: St. Inigoes, MD, Lakehurst NJ, Point Mugu and China Lake, CA, Orlando FL; NADEP Cherry Point, NADEP Jacksonville, and NADEP North Island. 90% of the services will be performed in government spaces and 10% at contractor spaces.
