NASA Open Innovation Services 3 (NOIS3)

Provide crowdsourcing services and products to NASA centers and other government agencies, supporting NASA's Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation (CoECI). This contract vehicle aims to expand the capabilities and expertise available to NASA and other federal agencies in utilizing crowdsourcing effectively. The acquisition is conducted as a full and open competition to ensure a wide range of innovative solutions are accessible.
Contractors will employ methodologies such as crowd-based challenges and competitions, freelance projects, micro-task projects, and other crowd-based methods to deliver solutions. These solutions may encompass technical ideas, data science, software development, engineering design, technology search, multimedia, expert services, and public engagement campaigns.
