Description

Provide new construction, renovation, alteration, demolition, and repair work by design-build or design-bid-build for facilities. The individual requirements will vary in size and complexity. Requirements may require design whereby the contractor will develop drawings using AutoCAD drafting software. These drawings may require a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect stamp. Requirements will use a variety of trades, including but not limited to carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection specialist, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete, masonry, and welding. Work will be performed at Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB) ID, off-base Small Arms Ranges, Grasmere Range Complex, Saylor Creek Range Complex, Juniper Butte Range Complex, associated Emitter Sites, Rattle Snake Radar Site, and other MHAFB off-base facilities, as well as Gowen Field, Boise, ID
