Mobile District AOR North Region MATOC - Small Business

Provide design, repair, and construction of real property, facilities, and their systems for the military construction program (MILCON) in the north region of the Mobile District. Work to be compelted includes:
1. General renovation, repair, and new construction requirements.
2. Projects may involve administrative facilities, academic facilities, base support and maintenance shops, fitness centers, vehicle maintenance shops, lodging facilities, food service facilities, medical facilities, public safety facilities, airfield structures, and research, development, and testing facilities.
3. Environmental permitting, obtaining building LEED certification, and compliance with sustainability mandates.
4. Survey and abatement for lead-based paint and asbestos-containing materials.
5. Coordination with various stakeholders and adherence to safety and security protocols.
