Open Standards of interest include, but are not limited to Big Iron, Scalable Payload for Electronic Attack Development (SPEAD), Common Open Architecture Radar Processing Specification (COARPs), Open Mission Systems/Universal Command and Control Interface (OMS/UCI), and COBRA. The program involves phases of Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E), mission/weapon system development, production, sustainment, operational assessments and deployments through participation in support of Joint All Domain Command Control and Advanced Battle Management System
