Description

Provide a broad range of general construction services, including design-build capabilities, at Misawa Air Base, Japan, and its associated sites such as Draughon Range in Amagamori Area, Hachinohe Fuel Port, and Shariki Town, Aomori-prefecture. Contractors will be expected to execute multiple disciplines of construction, including architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, and demolition work. The work will focus on Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) efforts.
Provide construction services under individual task orders, with each task order detailing the specific work requirements. The contractors will be responsible for delivering high-quality construction services that meet the needs of the U.S. Air Force and other stakeholders at Misawa Air Base and other agreed-upon locations in Japan. Provide support for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of facilities to ensure they remain operational and efficient. Contractors will be required to collaborate closely with the U.S. Air Force and other relevant parties to ensure that all construction activities align with strategic objectives and operational requirements.
