MCC Capacity Building, Training, and Development

Provide capacity building assessment, training and development, and short-term related support services. Within the context of this solicitation, Capacity Building is the assessment, training, development and refinement of a country’s core skills and capabilities in order to (1) improve the effectiveness of the GFC’s area of focus; (2) to improve development and/or quality of GFC Compact proposals; and (3) to improve the efficiency/effectiveness of Compact implementation. The areas of focus include, but are not limited to: results-focused project design, financial management, accounting, auditing, budgeting, procurement, project management, monitoring and evaluation. These capacity building services are for support of the Governments of Foreign Countries (GFC), which are national, regional or local governments eligible for assistance under the Millennium Challenge Account (MCA).
