Live Training, Ranges, and Combat Training Centers (LTRaC) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) 3

Provide comprehensive life cycle support for live training ranges and combat training centers. This includes continuous technology refreshments, modernization efforts, and developmental activities for systems such as the Combat Training Centers (CTCs), live-fire ranges, Home Station Instrumentation Training System (HITS), Synthetic Training Environment - Live Training Systems (STE-LTS), and the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center - Instrumentation System (JPMRC-IS). The work involves integration of multiple subsystems and application across various sites.
Tasks under this contract will encompass studies, analysis, design, development, prototyping, procurement, production, integration, testing, fielding, documentation, training, sustainment, and disposal of live training systems. The contract aims to enhance the capabilities of existing programs and integrate new live instrumentation training capabilities. It will support hardware-centric efforts, with potential inclusion of software products or support services.
The contract will enable the Department of Defense to rapidly deliver new and upgraded capabilities to warfighters. It will support Project Manager Training Devices (PM TRADE) and other DoD organizations in performing tasks such as trade studies, data collection, design, development, impact assessment, information assurance, procurement, integration, installation, testing, system training, logistics support, and disposal. The programs supported include Future Army System of Integrated Targets (FASIT), Digital Range Training System (DRTS), and Marine Corps Live Training Efforts, among others.
