Joint Enterprise Research Development Acquisition and Production-Procurement (JE-RDAP)

Provide the JPEO-CBD with mission-essential contracted support for the Research, Development, Acquisition and Production/Procurement (RDAP) of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High-Yield Explosives CBRNE Defense Systems, Capabilities, Equipment, Supplies and Material; Installation Protection; Radiological/Nuclear Defense Systems, and CBRNE Information Systems. The JPEO-CBD intends to utilize the JE-RDAP contract to execute RDAP activities, in order to provide the capability of CBRNE Defense Systems, Capabilities, Equipment, Supplies and Material; Radiological/Nuclear Defense Systems, and CBRNE Information Systems to the Warfighter.

The RDAP activities to be performed under this contract are for research and development of CBRNE Defense systems, capabilities, equipment, supplies and material subject to the acquisition policies and guidance of the "Operation of the Defense Acquisition System" (DODI 5000.02) and production/procurement of these future developed CBRNE defense capabilities.
