JB MDL Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) 2025

Provide a broad range of design-build and construction services affecting real property and infrastructure at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), New Jersey. This contract vehicle is designed to facilitate various construction tasks, including new construction, demolition, and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable specifications and project documents. Contractors will be responsible for executing tasks across multiple trades to maintain and enhance the base's infrastructure.
The work includes a variety of construction tasks such as earth work, excavation, infrastructure development, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer installation, storm drain systems, electrical work, telecommunications installations, cast-in-place concrete work, masonry, structural steel fabrication and erection, framing, roofing, carpentry, millwork, painting, plumbing services, and mechanical systems installation. Additionally, the contract covers lead and lead-based paint abatement/removal, asbestos abatement/removal, site work preparation, road and parking lot paving, airfield pavement construction, hazardous material (HAZMAT) surveys, and other specialty contracting services.
