Provide a wide range of IT professional services supporting a diverse technological environment such as Business Process Support for Program and Process Management, Transition Plans and Execution for; Location of Documents and Records, Cost Control, Contact List, Enterprise Architecture Compliance, Audit and POA&M Support, Application/Solution Development and Release Support Requirements, Maintenance and Outages, Inspection by Government Agencies, Third Party Vendor Organizations, Processes, Procedures, and Work Instructions, Application, Service and System Diagrams and Schematics and Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Metrics. The IT Infrastructure Technical Services includes: Operations and Maintenance Support, End-user services, Data center operations, Voice, Video, and Network infrastructure operations, IT service management (ITSM) and Infrastructure Monitoring and Reporting, IT Security Services, Test Center operations, Disaster recovery/continuity of operations planning (COOP) and testing, Cloud Integration and Support.
