Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities in the following broad areas:
- Program and Project Management Support
- Data Management and Support
- Technical Analysis Support
- Systems Engineering Support to include Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Telecommunications Spectrum Support;
- Policy, Institutional, Regulatory and Legal Support;
- Business Planning and Financial Services Support; and
- Communications and Outreach Support.
