Human Performance Optimization (HPO) MA-IDIQ

Provide Human Performance (HP) services to suport the agility and capacity to improve performance and extend longevity of the “human weapon system,” increasing the operational readiness and effectiveness of Aircrew and Special Warfare (SPECWAR), Air Ground Operations Wing (AGOW) and Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) communities. The HPO program improves cognitive performance, strengthens emotional resiliency, and increases physical capacity and durability. Cognitive performance addresses learning speed, recall, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Emotional resiliency addresses stress management, mindfulness, and awareness. Physical capacity and durability focus on the physical demands of tactical athletes, thereby elevating on-the-job performance while reducing injury incident rates and medical profile durations.
