Work includes management and administration of all tasks assigned under the purchase order and shall furnish the necessary personnel, materials, labor, services (including all transportation that may be needed) necessary to conduct field reviews of appraisals of 1-4 unit family interior and exterior properties for the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
