HRSA Technical Assistance IDIQ

Provide a variety of developmental and operational technical assistance and consultative services is required. For example, there are many health centers, primary care programs, universities, community based programs and AIDS service organizations that have serious problems or potentially serious operational issues; lack compliance with key programmatic and regulatory requirements; are in danger of not surviving as a financially viable primary care provider for the communities in need; and/or require assistance to initiate or sustain corrective action, or assist with the transition of grant support to more capable local providers. It is critical to ensure grantees are in compliance with the Key Health Center Program requirements, Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program legislation, and other mandated requirements of HRSA funded programs.
