Honolulu District Architect-Engineer Services Contract (MILCON)

Provide architectural and engineering services for the preparation of plans, specifications, design analysis, and review services for various military and civil works projects. The work will support U.S. Military Construction (MILCON), Sustainment, Restoration, & Modernization (SRM) construction, Civil Works, and Department of Defense (DoD) service components and support agencies. These services will include repair, alteration, renovation, and new construction projects for installation support.
The scope of work encompasses the renovation or new construction of a variety of facilities, including barracks, company operations facilities, tactical equipment maintenance facilities, aircraft maintenance facilities, administrative facilities, family and unaccompanied housing, warehouses, schools, medical facilities, and recreational facilities. Design considerations will include historical preservation, antiterrorism/force protection, sustainable design development (SDD), site development, and installation utility design.
Additional tasks may involve conducting topographic surveys, geotechnical studies, and incorporating computer-aided drafting (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) into designs. The work will be performed within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District Area of Responsibility, which includes the State of Hawaii, territories of Guam, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Federal States of Micronesia, American Samoa, and Kwajalein Atoll, and Republic of the Marshall Islands.
