Description

Provide labor, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform new construction, repair, alteration, and related demolition of existing infrastructure based on Design-Build (DB) or Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects. The work will be carried out at various locations within the State of Hawaii and Wake Island, supporting infrastructure such as residential and nonresidential buildings, industrial facilities, utilities, landscaping, airfields, roadways, and waterfront structures like piers and dry docks.
The vehicle covers the Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and other federal agencies. Task orders will be issued for projects that may require both design and construction services. Contractors will need to engage architect-engineering firms experienced in coordinating multi-disciplined design efforts for both new construction and renovation projects.
The evaluation for awarding contracts will consider technical approach, experience, past performance, safety, technical solutions, small business participation, and price. Task orders will be competed among multiple awardees, and work will be authorized through these task orders, ensuring a competitive and efficient process for fulfilling the infrastructure needs in the designated areas.
