Guam General Ship Repair (GSR) IDIQ

Provide ship repair services include but are not limited to: pipefitting; welding by ABS and USCG qualified welders for steel, copper-nickel, aluminum and other materials; steel and aluminum structural and pipe repairs and NDT (VT, PT and MP); inside and outside machinist work; electrical work; boiler making and repair; valve repair; electric motor repair; diesel mechanic work; painting under the guidance of NACE certified inspectors; joiner and deck coverings work; insulation and lagging work; rigging, including off-ship crane support; NDT; tank cleaning; staging and scaffolding; carpentry; and other ship repair services; shipboard crane certification testing, crane lift plans development, submittal and approval by Naval Base Guam Port Operations; pier access and laydown plan development and submittal for approval by Naval Base Guam Port Operations.

Work will be performed for Military Sealift Command (MSC), US Navy, United States Coast Guard (USCG) and any other ships designated by the Government on Guam
