Description

Provide construction activities including commercial office construction and/or renovations/repairs, MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) repairs/modifications/replacement, fire sprinkler systems repairs/modification/replacement, sitework, exterior construction repair and alterations (including facades and roofs), demolition (including abatement of hazardous materials), elevator modernizations and any other construction activities the government may require. The regions include:
1. Zone A-Northern
a. Philadelphia, PA and Surrounding Counties (Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware),
b. Southern New Jersey (Trenton (Mercer County) and south),
c. State of Delaware,
2. Zone B- Central
a. State of Maryland,
b. Berkley, Jefferson, and Morgan counties in West Virginia.
3. Zone C- Southern
c. Eastern Virginia (including but not limited to following counties; Henrico (Richmond City), Alexandria City, Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Norfolk)
