Global Contingency and Assistance Program (GLOBALCAP)

Provide professional services, construction, and equipment support to enhance the capacity of partner nations and organizations to prevent, manage, and resolve conflicts. The program focuses on sub-Saharan Africa but has the ability to scale globally. It aims to bolster peace, security, and regional stability by offering training, equipment, logistics services, and construction support to countries around the world. The program includes five overarching capability areas: Training, Mentoring and Monitoring Services; Logistics Support Services; Equipment Procurement; Construction Services and Activities; and Property Maintenance. Contractors will design, develop, and implement training evaluations, provide logistical support services, and manage supply chains to support training and deployments.
Awardees will also construct temporary and permanent facilities, including site assessments, designs, civil works, and property management. GLOBALCAP assists partner nations in sustaining operations beyond U.S. support, reducing humanitarian issues, and mitigating terrorist threats, thereby stabilizing regions and lessening threats to the United States.
