Provide software and hardware primarily to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in two categories of technology:

*Information Technology Value Added Reseller (ITVAR)*
This category includes all commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) IT hardware/equipment and related accessories, managed services, ancillary software, and all required value-added services where applicable. Specific services include:

1. Small Form Factor Device: Portable mobile computing devices such as laptops, netbooks, tablets, barcode readers, and RFID readers.
2. Static Device: Computing devices that remain in a permanent location, such as desktop workstations, monitors, security card readers, and server/network racks.
3. Domain Device: Devices for IT service management, including routers, switches, servers, blade servers, SAN, security appliances, firewalls, tape backup devices, UPS, and video teleconferencing equipment.
4. Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Device: Devices supporting distributed applications, including virtual machines and thin client applications.
5. Peripheral Device: Auxiliary hardware such as printers, USB memory sticks, scanners, auxiliary cables, connectors, RFID tags, and cameras.
6. Managed Services: Services providing support and active administration on the customer’s premises, managed service provider’s premises, or a third party’s premises.
7. Value Added Reseller (VAR) Services: Services such as configuration consulting and design, systems integration, installation of computer equipment, customization of hardware or software, training, product technical support, hardware and software maintenance service, and end-user support.

*Software*
This category includes only software (licensing, seats, etc.) and ancillary software services (maintenance, patches, etc.). Specific services include:

1. Software Licenses: Any software licenses, products, or maintenance/support services delivered as standalone products.
2. Software Technical Support: Support services including updates, patches, and bug-fixes.
