FEMA Responder Support Camps (RSC)

Services include staging of responders, other authorized personnel, and assets deployed for occurrences, or events, requiring a federal government response in OCONUS locations, including U.S. states, territories and commonwealths. The OCONUS RSC contract will be used by FEMA, or by other federal agencies through FEMA, consistent with the specific authorities of the agency utilizingthe contract's services. During OCONUS disaster situations or other events, federal, state and local responders may need a place that provides shelter, food, and additional basic needs. The OCONUS RSC contract will be used by those responding to federal disaster or emergency needs, or any other situation where FEMA or an agency working through FEMA needs an OCONUS RSC solution. FEMA shall be able to call upon those contractors awarded contracts under this acquisition, to provide OCONUS RSC services in the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
