Description

Provide repair and renewal services for failed or failing Government facilities, systems, and equipment throughout CONUS and OCONUS including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and possessions, locations with named contingency operations, Japan and Korea, and in the most effective, economical, legal and timely manner. Other OCONUS locations may be added if deemed appropriate after an analysis of the regulations and international agreement terms between the U.S. and the respective foreign country.

This is a non-personal services requirement to provide repair and renewal services including, but not limited to facility repair, renovation, conversion, alteration, additions, construction, and equipment procurement / installation at Government installations and facilities. The Contractor may be required to survey the problem areas, evaluate and recommend solutions, develop and implement work plans in a timely manner within negotiated costs, and provide the repair/renewal/construction efforts to support the design solution. At times, the Contractor may be required to provide stand-alone construction efforts without the provision of the associated services (i.e. site investigation, work plan, etc.) in support of DOD customers. These services will be used to support various DOD Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization program requirements.
