ESTD Research, Development, and Technical Services

Provide research, development, and technical services for the NRL Electronics Science and Technology Division (ESTD). ESTD is NRL's principal organization in the areas of electronic materials, devices, components, and sub-systems. Basic and applied research in these areas are focused on both the fundamental science as well as the development of technologies that can positively impact the warfighter through improved electronic systems that are used in systems including radar, communications, power conversion/control and electromagnetic warfare. Work will be performed primarily at, The Naval Research Laboratory, Contractor facilities, Other Government facilities, CONUS test locations, and OCONUS test locations, including but not limited to: aboard aircraft and Naval ships.
