Provide the acquisition of Epidemiology and Strategic Information Services (ESIS) including integrated and comprehensive contract for technical assistance, capacity building and support for CDC-funded global health activities and programs (with emphasis on but not limited to HIV/AIDS) with respect to a range of strategic information systems, methods, and activities - including health information systems (HIS), monitoring and evaluation (M&E), costing and economic evaluation, epidemiologic investigation and analysis, surveys and surveillance, statistics, and modeling. Work will be completed in any of the 73 countries and regions supported by CDC's Center for Global Health.
