Emergency Detention and Related Services Strategic Sourcing Vehicle (EDRSSV)

Provide emergency detention and related services to support U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in response to the President's Declaration of a National Emergency at the Southern Border of the United States. This strategic sourcing vehicle aims to increase the availability of detention beds nationwide, ensuring compliance with related Executive Orders and enhancing immigration enforcement efforts. The contractor will be responsible for establishing and managing detention facilities that meet health, safety, and security standards for detained individuals. Key services include providing transportation for detainees, delivering medical services to ensure their health, and offering case processing and management services.
The contractor will staff these facilities with qualified personnel capable of meeting operational demands under emergency conditions, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Services will be delivered within the contiguous United States (CONUS) and areas outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS) under U.S. jurisdiction. The initiative is integral to ICE's mission of ensuring national security and public safety through the detention, health, welfare, transportation, and deportation of individuals in removal proceedings.
