Eielson AFB Repairs to Utilidors and Related Systems IDIQ

Provide design-build or fully designed construction, repair and replacement of sewer, water, steam, and steam condensate lines; to also include within existing utilidor structures; repair and replacement of direct buried utility lines (sewer, water, steam, and steam condensate lines, gas, etc.); repair or replacement of fire protection lines to include water lines to hydrants and replacement of hydrants; repair or replacement of equipment in mechanical rooms; new utilidor systems; repair or replacement of site electrical (i.e. transformers, transmission lines, exterior lighting, power poles, etc.); repair or replacement of site communication lines to include providing new ductbanks or manholes; repair or replacement of sanitary sewer systems (i.e. leach fields, septic systems, lift stations); utilidor/manhole demolition; enlargement of specified existing manholes; repair of cracks/leaks to utilidor structures; and, environmental requirements such as asbestos abatement, contaminated soil removal, and dewatering. Work will be performed at Eielson Air Force Base, Various Military Installations, and Various Other Locations, Primarily Alaska.
