EIA Omnibus Procurement IV (EOP IV)

Provide technical, managerial and project support services in support of the Energy Information Administration (EIA). The scope of the contract includes developing, managing, operating, and maintaining comprehensive energy data collection programs and systems; developing, managing, operating, and maintaining domestic and international energy models for forecasting and performing energy-related analyses; disseminating, communicating, and promoting the results of these activities to a wide range of stakeholders. The PWS is comprised of seven highly integrated support services areas: Project Management, Survey Operations, Energy Analysis and Modeling, Data Integration, Product Dissemination and Communication, Automated EIA Information Technology, and Organizational Support.
