DLA ServiceNow Modernization BPA

Provide support for the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) Enterprise Platform, specifically focusing on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT modernization efforts. The initiative is part of DLA's Digital Business Transformation and aims to leverage automation and improvements across business operations, enterprise IT operations, and application engineering. The ServiceNow platform's Low Code/No Code capabilities enable the implementation of modern solutions such as App Engine, IT Service Management (ITSM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB), among others. Technical contractor support is essential for the development and sustainment of emerging ServiceNow business capabilities within the DLA enterprise.
Contractors will design, develop, and monitor capabilities to meet agency demands while ensuring the growth and health of the global platform environments. This includes aligning development, deployment, and operations with best practice methodologies, technical governance, and cybersecurity standards. Collaboration with government organizational leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) is crucial to the program's success.
The primary place of performance will be at the contractor's location or off-site, with personnel available to support meetings at DLA headquarters in Fort Belvoir, VA, and other DLA J6 sites as needed.
