DHS ICE Skip Tracing Services

Provide services to verify and investigate alien address information using government-furnished case data, identifiable information, commercial data verification, and physical observation. The primary objective is to confirm the new location of aliens by conducting enhanced location research, which includes both automated and manual real-time skip tracing.

Contractors will utilize extensive research methods, including the use of search engines like Google, to gather photos and documents verifying the alien’s residence or place of employment. The focus is on prioritizing the verification of the alien’s residence, and if unsuccessful, attempting to verify their place of employment. Each vendor will manage a monthly caseload of approximately 50,000 last known addresses of aliens residing in the United States, with additional files provided as cases are completed.

The work will be performed within the United States, requiring contractors to provide all necessary management, supervision, labor, and materials to fulfill these tasks effectively. The total docket size for this effort is approximately 1.5 million cases, emphasizing the need for efficient and thorough execution of skip tracing services.
