Dental Digital Imaging Refresh and Maintenance IDIQ

Fefresh of the dental digital imaging (DDI) solutions at Navy Dental Facilities and their branch clinics. Army and Air Force Dental Commands (and associated branch clinics) may also purchase DDI equipment and maintenance services off of a resultant contract. A DDI refresh is an integrated system of hardware and software. The DDI equipment refresh could include the replacement of Dell servers and computers workstations, barcode scanners CD/DVD publishing stations, x-ray sensors, and some intra-oral and extra oral dental x-ray machines. The hardware may have an end of life longer than the server and software and orders may be placed at a later date for the scanners, sensors, etc. Therefore, the software must be Apteryx as it would cost the Government significantly more money to replace all equipment that is still functioning and has not expired. The specific computer hardware and software for this requirement must be provided to the site for hardening according to the Commands accreditation documentation.
