Charleston District SDVOSB General Construction MATOC

Provide comprehensive general construction services for various projects primarily supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs within the Charleston District. The scope of work includes a wide range of construction activities such as renovations, upgrades, repairs, and new construction of facilities including office buildings, medical centers, clinics, and other support structures. Contractors will be responsible for ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes and standards, including U.S. Building Codes, International Building Code (IBC), and Department of Defense criteria.

Provide incidental design services and conduct necessary testing and surveys related to hazardous materials such as lead-based paint and asbestos-containing materials.
