CESAM, South Atlantic Division Architect and Engineering Services for Environmental Quality Program (EQ)

Provide comprehensive architect and engineering services to support the Environmental Quality (EQ) Program within the Mobile District and South Atlantic Division. This includes services related to environmental compliance, planning, pollution prevention, conservation, restoration, and remediation design. The work involves strategy development, data gathering, analysis, evaluations, studies, designs, and permitting action support to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and policies.
Provide technical support for various environmental acts and policies such as the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), Clean Water Act (CWA), and others. The services will also cover compliance monitoring, recordkeeping, reporting, and the development of environmental management systems. Additionally, the work includes environmental training, outreach, strategy, and awareness initiatives to enhance program execution and operational efficiency.
Provide support for environmental services at military, federal, and other installations primarily within the Mobile District's Area of Responsibility (AOR) and South Atlantic Division's AOR. This encompasses vulnerability assessments, compliance assessments, facility audits, environmental baseline surveys, and geographic information system support. The services are aimed at ensuring environmental sustainability and compliance across various Department of Defense components and other federal agencies.
