Provide the design, procurement, and installation of C4I systems in various foreign nations, such as, but not limited to: Republic of the Philippines, Republic of Iraq, Kingdom of Bahrain, Brazil, Maldives, Seychelles, and various African and Western Pacific countries. The required effort includes the utilization of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) to satisfy the unique C4I requirements of individual Security Cooperation partner nations. Contractors under this vehicle are required to design, procure, integrate, test, field, and support the C4I systems. This vehicle was awarded under a 100% Small Business set-Aside.
