Description

Provide comprehensive financial advisory services to support the Build America Bureau's activities related to surface transportation infrastructure finance. The contractor will serve as the Bureau's external financial advisor, performing tasks such as due diligence, credit analysis, financial structuring, negotiating, financial modeling, and preparing comprehensive credit reports. These services will support the Bureau's administration of the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) and the Railroad Rehabilitation and Improvement Financing (RRIF) credit programs.
