Bridge to Evolution STE TESS (BEST) Multi Award Contract (MAC)

Provide support for the U.S. Army's Tactical Engagement Simulation Systems (TESS) by modifying existing systems and procuring new ones. The focus is on ensuring these systems meet evolving Army requirements and maintain compatibility, commonality, and interoperability throughout their acquisition life cycle.
The work is divided into two primary areas: modifying current TESS to extend their service life and meet new requirements, and procuring new TESS that align with modern Army Force Structure changes. This includes implementing Service Life Extension Programs (SLEP) to ensure existing systems remain compatible with current platforms.
Performance will occur at various locations specified in individual Delivery Orders, with tasks including hardware and software updates, installation and fielding, training, and data delivery. The contract supports the Army's mission by ensuring that TESS remain effective and adaptable to future needs.
