Automatic Test Systems Acquisition - I (ATSA-I)

Provide comprehensive support and sustainment for the full life cycle of Automatic Test Systems (ATS) across the Department of Defense. The work involves test requirements analysis, design, research and development, production, installation, integration, test and evaluation, data mining, database management, modification, sustainment, and modernization. Additionally, the contract addresses technology insertion to mitigate Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and involves systems and architecture design.

The contract supports a wide range of platforms, including fighters, bombers, cargo/airlift/tankers, UAVs, and helicopters. It will serve multiple users such as the United States Air Force, USAF Reserve, Air National Guard, F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, Foreign Military Sales, and other Department of Defense services. The work will be performed at various locations worldwide, ensuring that the ATS Division's portfolio is fully supported and managed efficiently.

The contract will be executed over ten years, divided into two phases, with opportunities for on-ramping additional awardees. The work will be carried out through individual orders placed during the contract's ordering periods, with each order having a separate period of performance. The aim is to provide a streamlined acquisition approach for all ATS procurements of services and supplies, ensuring rapid and effective support for warfighter operations and maintenance.
