Army Research and Development Command (RDECOM) Patent Drafting Support Services

Provide patent attorney related services including the preparation of unclassified U.S. and Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) patent applications, formal drawings, prior art, patentability researches, and patent prosecution. The patent related services are for inventions created by inventors working for U.S. Army Research and Development Command (RDECOM), and its subordinate installations, to include the U.S. Army Research Laboratory at the Adelphi Laboratory Center, Adelphi, MD, Aberdeen Proving Ground (Edgewood Area), MD, and White Sands Missile Range, NM. Patent services are to be provided in the following scientific disciplines: Mechanical, Chemical and Electrical Engineering all of which are pursuant to the Federal Technology Transfer Act (FTTA), where RDECOM has a significant program in patenting and licensing inventions with commercial potential.
