Provide Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Defense (CBRND), analytics/response/situational awareness/decontamination equipment, and other equipment that detects, identifies, monitors, and protects individuals from the effects of CBRN, other contamination, or devices and enhances their capability to assess, detect, identify and mitigate at a CBRN, WMD, natural or manmade incident/event from the commodity areas described in Attachment A (equipment catalog) and training on the use of this equipment.
