Provide sketches of the required modifications. Provide catalog cuts and equipment specifications. Provide manufacturer's installation procedures. Provide work schedule and phasing if required. Remove and replace electrical poser and ceiling lighting as required for installation of condenser piping on 2nd and 4th floors. Provide and install heat trace. Temporary power and lighting for construction. Electrical demolition. Signage and labels for electrical equipment and circuits. Installation of temporary chiller elect cables. Cables provided by others. Fire caulking and hole penetrations. Added Mod 01 to provide two 30 amp 250 v 4-wire welding receptacles at two locations, remove temporary lighting under scaffolding, provide weatherproof twist lock receptacles for future disconnects, provide 3 additional light fixtures, provide GFCI receptacles for ground fault protection. Added Mod 02 to complete layout, install and connect electrical cable provided by others to the temporary chiller. Mod 03 Furnish and install new panel and transformer in the Penthouse area. Mod 04 adds furnish new VFDs and replace motor starters to control each of the condenser water pumps. Mod 05 Omits the requirement for monitoring power consumption of the system for 30 days. Mod 06 deducts for damage to penthouse electric motor.
