Order W51TC24F0400 is for the contractor to load, assemble, and pack a quantity of 346,678 155MM M795 tnt loaded projectiles. Additional work includes the use of tnt per MIL-DTL-248D T-1, injection molding and tooling for 155MM thread protectors, modification of plastic guides and replacement of unusable hoses, and labor and material for backfill operations. The project also involves installation of obturators, liners (supplementary charge, threaded), spare parts, spacers, and a 3200-AMP electrical service for the tunnel.
