P-803, individual combat skills training, Marine Corps base Guam, finegayan, Guam. Includes construction of a new combat training facility consisting of a covered training area, field training area, rappel training area, hand-to-hand combat pit, and an obstacle course. Tasks being performed include new construction of the bleachers building; installation of aluminum and steel doors, louvers, and railing systems; site electrical utilities and lighting/power installation for all training areas; construction of water supply, sanitary sewer, and storm drain systems; installation of precast stairs, skin coating and coating work on concrete surfaces, sand bedding, rubber mulch and curbing, road construction, and technical support for site preparation. Additional work includes excavation and placement of electrical and telecommunication utilities, installation of lightning protection systems, grading and aggregate base courses, and construction entrance and sediment control measures.
