Dbb P525, NRL facility replacement. Includes construction of the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) P-525 facility at port hueneme, including building demolition, site utilities (storm drain, water/fire line, sewer), building concrete, structural steel, masonry, and driven piles. Additional tasks involve installation of suspended acoustic ceilings, rf shielding, HVAC, fire protection/sprinklers, elevators, plumbing, site and building electrical, membrane roofing, clean room and equipment, paint booth, resilient and ceramic tile flooring, epoxy flooring, metal decking, sectional overhead doors, glazing, building insulation, roofing/flashings/louvers, air barriers, wall and corner guards, toilet and bath accessories, markerboards, fiberglass wall panels, building specialties, building signage, directories, landscaping, temporary site power/trailer, erosion control/swppp, grading, drywall, painting, reinforcing steel/rebar, miscellaneous metals (including roof fall protection and crane rails), and fire alarm and detection systems. Testing, adjusting, and balancing of systems are also included.
