INCLUSIONS a. DOAS Unit: 1.The supply of Controls for (1) DOAS unit. These controls include provision of network controller and all peripheral devices as required to meet sequence of operations, including all required conduit and wire. b. Controls for (3) Fan Coils: 1.The supply of Monitoring for (3)FCs. These controls include a remote temp sensor the ability to stop/start, provide status and temp including all required wire, Underground conduit by others. c. Controls for (9) VRF Fan Coil Units and (2) VRF Outdoor units. 1.The supply of controls and installation. These controls include Provision of network controller, Start /Stop Relays, Current Status, including conduit and wire. 2. Excludes communication wiring between VRFs . A&D reserves the right to execute option 1 in original proposal based on commissioning and acceptance by Government. d. Controls for Hi-bay Exhaust Fans(2) and building EFs. (10) 1.Provide and install DDC controls and wiring to control/monitor EFs in accordance with the plans and specs. e. Controls for Radiant Heaters (3). 1.Provide and install control devices per plans and specs. f. Utility Metering. 1. The supply of controls for Utility Monitoring. These controls include Provision of network controller with I / O, peripheral field devices required to meet the sequence of operations, including all required conduit and wire. g. NETWORK & OPERATOR INTERFACE 1.Provide Web Based network managers as required 2.Provide (1) Portable Operator interface Workstation 3.Setup and install the LON Database for the all system controllers 4.Load graphic files onto the WEB Server 5.Map Points to graphics. 6.ATFP Shutdown Switch 7.Programming and Commissioning for EMCS controllers. 8.Start-up and Checkout of the installed control system. 9.CAD control drawings. 10.O & M Manuals 11.Training
