Sub Description
Supplier will furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, QA and engineering necessary to roll off container service; PARA-3.4, 3.4.1., per vigor S RFQ and supplier S pricing proposal dated september 12, 2019, in accordance with the requirements specified in work item and as required to ensure complete performance and acceptance under contract no. N000240C4464, including all documents forming or by reference made a part of contract no. N000240C4464, all of which will be considered a part of this purchase order. All approved change order work outside of base scope to be billed as noted below. Spot fee (DELIVERY): $316.76 + pickup fee : $689.29 = $1006.05 X (2) containers = $2012.10 X two DELIVERY/pick up fee a week = $4024.20. Period of performance is march 17, 2020 thru december 20, 2020.
