Sub Description
This is an Indefinite Quantity Subcontract (IQC) that will allow for the issuing of Task Orders to provide discrete services, materials and obligations of funds within an established ceiling price in accordance with the terms and conditions contained within this subcontract. Firm Fixed Price Task Orders are anticipated under this IQC. The Subcontractor will support DAI in the provision of comprehensive suite of prize competitions and other crowdsourcing & engagement programs to USAID and their partners, to include: 1) prize competition strategy and design services (including consultation with DAI staff, third party researchers, USAID/Washington and USAID mission-based teams as requested); 2) other crowdsourcing and engagement programs in support of USAID Grand Challenges; 3) a "turnkey" yet customizable prize competitions, crowdsourcing and engagement platform(s) (hereafter referred to as platform ) provided as a service; including an integrated, "single window" online platform(s) when required; and 4) appropriate training and staffing to support key activities described above.
