Joint range technical services (J-TECH II) provides technical services and expertise for test ranges. The contract includes technical and engineering services, operation, maintenance, and sustainment of western test and training ranges at Edwards Air Force Base, California; Nevada test and training range, nellis AFB, Nevada; Utah test and training range, hill AFB, Utah; and the naval air warfare center weapons division ranges at China Lake and pt. Mugu, California. Work performed includes range engineering services, network integrity support, antenna tower design and engineering, maintenance of specialized equipment such as 380HD cameras and power converters, spectrum sme support, and enhancements to range operations centers.
